摘    要:水稻条纹叶枯病在中国的大流行,给部分省份造成了巨大的经济损失,因此进行水稻抗条纹叶枯病遗传育种研究具有十分重要的意义。在此,笔者概述了水稻抗条纹叶枯病基因资源的筛选与利用、水稻品种抗条纹病毒和抗介体灰飞虱之间的关系、水稻条纹叶枯病抗性基因定位以及转条纹病毒基因工程水稻研究进展,着重讨论了水稻抗条纹叶枯病遗传育种研究存在的问题和今后的研究方向。

Abstract:Recently, rice stripe became more and more serious in China and had become a devastating virus disease in several provinces. Therefore, research on the inheritance and breeding of resistance to rice stripe is very important. In the paper, the utilization and screening of gene resources resistant to rice stripe, the relationship between rice stripe virus and its vector resistance, the mapping of resistant genes, and the clone and expression of the resistant genes from rice stripe virus were reviewed. The strategies for further research on the inheritance and breeding of resistance to rice stripe were discussed.
