半枝莲红色素提取工艺的研究

摘    要:研究了半枝莲红色素的树脂法提取工艺。通过5种树脂对半枝莲红色素的吸附及不同洗脱剂对半枝莲红色素解吸的比较研究,结果表明,AB-8树脂对半枝莲红色素具有较高的吸附量,用50%乙醇为洗脱剂得到的产品质量好,色价高,且AB-8树脂重复使用20次后吸附率仅降低2.17%;该色素溶于极性溶剂,在酸性条件下,呈鲜红色,其耐光、热性较好。

Abstract:This articles studied extracting and absorbing the red piment of Portulaca grandiflora with different resins.The five kinds of resins were compared. The results showed that AB-8 resin had the best performance of absorbing the red pigment of Portulaca grandiflora. In the course of desorbing the absorbed pigment 50% ethanol was optimal,AB-8 resin was selected during the experiment.After repeating 20 times,the absorption factor was only at a loss of 2.17%.The piment could dissolv in polar solvent. Under the acidic condition,the piment was fresh red and had a better resistance to light and hot.
