摘    要:阐述了200kN快速调形多点成形压力机主要技术参数及快速调形原理,分析了调形精度对成形件质量的影响。论述了调形的理论误差及产生误差的原因,并对冲头的调形误差进行了检测,实际测试结果均在设计误差范围内,满足多点成形压力机的使用要求。

Abstract:Main technological forming parameters, rapid adjusting principle and characteristics of 200 kN rapid adjusting multi-point forming (MPF) press for sheet metal were introduced. Influences of adjusting forming precision on forming parts were analyzed in detail. Theoretical error, and the reasons were stated from several aspects. Adjusting displacement error, in compare with aim displacement that the element move to displacement of five elements in multi-point forming press was tested, all testing results was in the range of designing precision, and met the demand of multi-point forming press.
