金边瑞香的离体培养

摘    要:以金边瑞香的叶片、茎尖、茎段为外植体建立离体快繁体系,并进行比较研究。结果表明:先用75%酒精消毒30 s再用0.1%升汞消毒10 min,为金边瑞香的较佳消毒方法。茎尖诱导再生芽的较适培养基为MS+6-BA2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L,茎段诱导再生芽的较适培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L。茎尖和茎段的较适生根培养基均为1/2 MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L+IBA 1.0 mg/L。3种外植体中,茎尖最适宜作离体快繁材料。

Abstract:The leaves,stem tips,stems of Daphne odora var.marginata were used as explants to establish in vitro rapid propagation system and conduct comparative studies.The results showed that the suitable sterilization method of D.odora var.marginata was to disinfect 30 s firstly by 75 percent alcohol,then disinfect 10 min by 0.1 percent liters of mercury.The optimum medium for inducing regeneration bud by using stem tip as explants was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.3 mg/L,The optimum medium for inducing regeneration bud b...
