甘肃花卉产业竞争力分析

甘肃省具有丰富的花卉种质资源,气候资源十分适合花卉产业的发展,花卉产业的发展对解决农村剩余劳动力的就业问题和提高农民收入都具有重要意义,甘肃省抓住花卉产业发展的契机,把花卉产业作为支柱产业如何来做大做强己经成为甘肃省经济发展十分重要的课题。文章构建了花卉产业竞争力评价指标体系,主要运用主成分分析方法和聚类分析方法对甘肃花卉产业的竞争力水平进行了研究,得出甘肃花卉产业的竞争力水平在全国居于第24名,处于劣势地位。分析指出影响甘肃花卉产业竞争力水平的因素主要有:1)生产规模有限,大中型花卉企业不多;2)花卉产品的销售额和市场占有率较低,没有快速便捷的派送体系;3)花卉技术的生产研究效率优势指数和区位商值都比较低。并探讨了提高甘肃省花卉业竞争力水平应采取的对策建议和措施。

Empirical study of floricultural industry in Gansu Province

Gansu Province has rich flower germplasm resources and climate resources are very suitable for the development of floricultural industry.The development of floricultural industry can solve the employment problem of rural surplus labor force and increase the income of farmers.Gansu Province should seizes the oppor-tunity to develop floricultural industry and the industry as a pillar industry.This paper builded a competitive-ness evaluation index system of floricultural industry and mainly used the quantitative analysis method with principal component analysis and cluster analysis method,we found the level of competitiveness ranked 24th in the country.The influencing factors of the competitiveness level of floricultural industry in Gansu were 1 )the production scale is limited,lack of many large and middle flower enterprise;2)flower products have the lower sales volume and market share,and there is no quick and convenient delivery system;3)the advantage index of flower technology and location quotient values are relatively low.At the same time,we discussed the measures to improve the level of competitiveness of floricultural industry in Gansu province.
