摘    要:对黄金茶群体进行单株选拔,经系统选种、无性繁殖,育成茶树新品种黄金茶168号。多年试验结果表明,黄金茶168号为特早生种,春季一芽一叶萌发期比福鼎大白茶平均早14.7 d;产量高,比对照增产17.96%;内含物丰富,春季一芽一叶水浸出物38.42%、氨基酸4.86%、茶多酚18.73%、咖啡碱4.08%;适制名优绿茶;抗寒性、抗旱性、抗病虫性强。

Abstract:New cultivarHuangjincha168 was bred by systematic selection and vegetative propagation from the tea colony resources ofHuangjincha. After several year tests, the results indicated thatHuangjincha168 was early budding cultivar, whose budding stage of one leaf and a bud was 14.7 days earlier than the control cultivarFuding Dabaicha. The yield was 17.96% higher than control cultivar. The biochemical composition inHuangjincha 168 was abundant, the contents of water extract, amino acid, tea polyphenols and caffeine were 38.42%, 4.86%, 18.73% and 4.08% respectively. The result showedHuangjincha 168 was very suitable to be processed into high-grade famous green tea.Huangjincha168 had strong resistance to coldness, drought, diseases and pests.
