摘    要:近年来,因个别茶类存在氟含量超标现象,在一定程度影响了茶叶产业的发展。研究茶叶中氟超标的原因及控制措施具有重要的意义。本文综述了茶叶氟含量现状、茶树吸氟耐氟机制、影响茶叶氟含量的因素及茶叶降氟措施研究进展,以期为茶叶控氟、降氟提供参考。

Abstract:In recent years, the development of the tea industry has been affected because of the excessive fluoride content of individual tea. It is of great significance to study the cause and control measures of fluoride pollution in tea. This paper expounds the present situation of the content of fluoride in the tea, mechanism of fluoride absorption of tea plant, the factors affecting the content of fluoride in tea and the measures for reducing fluoride in tea. These can provide reference for controlling fluorine content of tea.
