紫花苜蓿根颈生长多样性研究

摘    要:研究了12个苜蓿材料的根颈直径、入土深度、根颈分枝数、根颈芽4个特征指标,并对不同生育时期的根颈生长进行多样性和相关性分析,结果表明:1)12个苜蓿材料分枝期各多样性指标间都呈正相关关系。根颈入土深度差异性极显著(P0.01),根颈直径、根颈芽数是决定根颈分枝能力的重要因素;2)12个苜蓿材料现蕾期根颈入土深度表现出极显著差异性(P0.01),根颈直径、根颈芽数是决定根颈分枝能力的重要因素;3)12个苜蓿材料开花期根颈直径差异性极显著(P0.01),根颈芽数差异性显著(P0.05);4)不同苜蓿材料间不同生育时期均存在较高的多样性,同一性状的变异系数与多样性指数表现不完全一致,不同生育时期变异系数与多样性指数的变化趋势相同;5)杂20、杂26、杂27、杂97与其他供试苜蓿材料相比,对当地环境适应能力较强,抗性强,具有较高潜在生产潜力。

Study on grown diversity of alfalfa root
Abstract:The root growth characteristics of 12 alfalfa materials were studied by using 4 indicators,including root crown diameter,depth in soil,branch number and bud number.The results showed that:1)all diversity in-dicators were positively correlated each other at the branching stage.Differences of root crown depth in soil were significant(P <0.01)among 12 alfalfa materials.The root crown diameter and bud number were significant fac-tors affecting the branching capability.2)The root crown depth in soil showed significant difference(P <0.01) among 12 alfalfa materials at the squaring stage.Factors determining the aboveground biomass and branching capability at this stage were same as that at the branching stage.3)Root crown diameter was significantly dif-ferent(P <0.01)among 12 alfalfa materials at the flowering stage,and the number of root crown buds was sig-nificantly different(P <0.05)as well.During this period,the diameter of root crown was the main factor affect-ing the branching ability.4)Growth characteristics of alfalfa root crown showed high diversity during the whole growth period among different alfalfa materials at different growth stages.The variable coefficient of same trait was not fully consistent with diversity index,while the variable coefficient and diversity index tended to be the same at different growth stages.5)During the whole growth period,Za 20,Za 26,Za 27 and Za 97 showed better adaptation to local environment.
