柴达木盆地不同枸杞群体种子表型多样性分析

摘    要:选取分布于青海省柴达木盆地的12个枸杞自然群体,分别对其4个表型性状(种长、种宽、种子长宽比和千粒质量)进行统计分析,以便更好地选择并利用枸杞优良品种资源。结果表明:参试枸杞群体种子千粒质量、种长、种宽在群体间差异极显著(P0.01),种子长宽比差异显著(P0.05),各性状在群体内差异不明显;各群体种子千粒质量间的差异达到了极显著水平,参试群体在其他各性状上均差异显著;不同性状变异系数最大的驯化‘黑果枸杞’与变异系数最小的‘咖啡枸杞’的变异系数相差5倍,表现出丰富的多样性,根据参试枸杞丰富的自然变异,可初步推断其与遗传变异之间的联系;聚类分析中,以相近系数为12.5将0207与‘宁杞1号’分为1类,‘红果枸杞’与‘白果枸杞’分为第2类,其他参试群体分为第3类。说明枸杞种子表型是基因表达与所处环境交互作用的结果,与其他同类研究结果一致。

Abstract:Totally 12 natural populations of Lycium in Qaidam Basin were collected and 4 characteristics,in-cluding seed length,seed width,seed length/seed width and thousand-gvain weight were analyzed to reveal the variability of seed phenotype in order to better select and use the tarits.The results showed that the seed length,seed width and thousand-gvain weight of tested traits had significant differerence between these popula-tions(P < 0.01 ),the ratio of seed length and seed width of tested traits had significant differerence between these populations(P <0.05 ),other characteristics had not significant difference between these populations.A difference of coefficient of variation (cv)reached 5 times between L.ruthenicum I with the largest cv and coffee-colored fruit wolfberry with smallest cv ,which meaned the traits had rich diversity.According to the cv 12.5,‘0207’and ‘L.barbarum cv.Ⅰ’should be included Group 1,‘red-colored fruit wolfberry Ⅶ’and ‘white-col-ored wolfberry Ⅻ’should be included Group 2,and others should be included Group 3.
