摘 要: | 传统上,茯砖茶是一种在加工过程中产生"冠突散囊菌"、具有一定保健功能的边销茶。然而,若对茯砖茶的保健功能进行开发利用,就无法忽视茯砖茶企业从研发、生产到销售、宣传等各个环节所面临的复杂法律营销环境及其对具体营销策略的影响。本文基于茯砖茶的保健功能,对传统茯砖茶和茯砖保健茶两种产品研发、生产、销售和宣传的各个阶段所涉及的法律环境规范作出梳理,并分析了法律对于营销的影响。

The Analysis on the law marketing surroundings of Fuzhuan Cha as a Health Care Product |

Abstract: | Traditionally, Fuzhuan Cha is a health care tea with Eurotium cristatum produces during the processing for border area sales. During the development and utilization of the health care function of Fuzhuan Cha, the research, production, sales and advertisement of tea companies face complicated laws which will inlfuence the marketing strategy of Fuzhuan Cha. This article analyzed the law surrounding of the research, production, sales and advertisement of both traditional Fuzhuan Cha and Fuzhuan Health Care Tea, and also the law’s inlfuence on marketing was analyzed. |
