| 摘 要： | 针对开放获取的发展与应用现状,提出了开放获取未来发展中需解决的若干问题,包括运作费用、质量保证、知识产权、质量评价、社会认同度、元数据标准与互操作协议及跨平台检索系统等,并具体分析讨论了这些问题的现状及可能的解决方案。

| Abstract: | To counter development and current application situations of open access,this paper has proposed issues that must be solved during the future development of open access,including the funds,quality guarantee,intellectual property,quality evaluation,social identity,metadata standard and interactive manipulation protocol as well as multiple database searching system,etc.It also makes a concrete analysis about the current situation of these problems,and discusses some possible solutions to them. |
