不同杂交组合牛异地育肥效果

放牧期过后,对山区本地牛、黑白花改良牛及西门塔尔改良牛,采用高、中、低三种不同营养水平进行为期60天的异地育肥研究。结果:(1)不同杂交组合中,以西杂牛育肥效果最好,每头平均获纯利300元以上;(2)不同营养水平下,以中水平组饲料报酬最佳,经济效益显著高于其他两组;(3)牛肉品质经理化分析和品味评分,以西杂牛最优,其肌纤维细嫩,横截面积仅2241.8μm~2,每平方毫米肌纤维根数达371.9条,且蛋白质含量高(88.69%)、热值低(21.88kJ/g)。

The Fattening Trial on Various Crosses in a Strange Land

The fattening steers of Simmental crosses,Black and white crosses and local breed which brought from mountain pasture in a strange land at the three levels of nutrition were stud- ied.The results obtained by the test during 60 days are as follows:(1)The best effect of fatten- ing is the simmental crosses with a net profit more than 300 yuan per cattle;(2)The groups of middle nutrition level gained greatest.The feed conversion and economy of gain was obviously higher than others;(3)The beef cattle improved by Simmental have the best meat quality with high protein (88.69%)and low heat of combustion (21.88kJ/g)through physical and chemical analysis and taste,the transverse area of the thin and tender muscle fibril was only 2241.9μm~2 and the number of muscle fibril has reached 371.94 per mm~2.
