肝内胆管细胞癌的CT特征与病理对照研究

目的；观察肝内胆和细胞癌的ＣＴ特征及其病理基础。方法：１３例经病理证实的肝内胆管细胞癌均行ＣＴ平扫及增强扫描，其中部分病例加做ＣＴ延迟扫描，１３例肝内胆管细胞癌均行病理切片观察。结果：１３例ＣＴ表面低密度，伴肝内胆管扩张６例，合并肝内胆管结石４例；增强扫描呈线样强化５例，网络样强化４例，结节状强化２例，无明显强化２例。

A comparative study of features of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma in CT scan with pathologic view

Objective:To observe the features of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma in CT scan and their pathologic background.Methods:13 patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma confirmed by pathology were examined with common CT scanning,contrast enhanced CT scanning,and 4 of them had delayed CT scanning too.Results:All patients were found to have hypodense areas in the growth,and with duct dilatation presented in 6 cases,intrahepatic bile duct calculi in 4 on unenhanced CT scan.There were linear enhancement in 5 cases,reticular enhancement in 4,nodular enhancement in 2 and invisible enhancement in 2.Under microscopic observation slides of the growth showed fibrosis in plenty and the rarity in blood vessel in different amounts.This could be the pathologic basis of the features of CT scan in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.Conclusions:The hypodensity in common CT scan plus the linear and reticular enhancement in contrast enhanced CT scan is of value in making a diagnosis or differential diagnosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
