座壳孢菌剂生产及其防治温室白粉虱的方法

摘    要:我们初步探索了座壳孢 Aschersonia 的实验室生产条件及其防治温室白粉虱 Trialeurodes vaporariorum(Westwood)的应用方法。建立以玉米粉为主要培养基的生产流程,与通用的麦芽汁琼脂为培养材料相比,菌剂的材料成本降低95%,菌剂的寄生率显著提高。干菌剂、粉剂的体积小,便于密封、长期低温贮藏和运输等。而粉剂的制成,又使微生物农药商品化具备技术条件。

Abstract:The writers have preliminarily investigated how to produce Aschersonia in the laboratory and how to apply it to control the whitefly,Trialeurodes vaporariorum,in greenhouses in 1978~1981.The technological process using corn meal as cultural medium was established.Comparing with the current malt-agar,the former reduced the material cost of the microbial insecticide by 95% and prominently increased its parasitism. The volume of the dry mass agent or the powder agent is smaller than those of the original bottled agents.They facilitate sealing-up,long-period preservation at a lower temperature,transportation etc.The formation of the powder agent has provided the technical condition for the commercialization of microbial insecticides.
