| 摘 要： | 提出农业类高校设立专门的博士后科技成果转化和知识产权管理机构,完善技术中介体系,校企联合,科研成果向企业转化,创建新的企业,与风险投资公司合作,成立产学研联盟和创立大学科技园等促进我国农业类高校博士后科研成果转化的途径。
