| 摘 要： | 对番茄红素作用机理的最新研究成果进行了综述。指出番茄红素是类胡萝卜素的一种,它的摄入量以及在人体血液中的含量与多种慢性疾病和癌症的发病率呈负相关。番茄红素独特的分子结构使它具有很多特有的生物化学特性和生理活性。

Study on Mechanisms of Lycopene Actions |

| Abstract: | The newest research result of mechanisms of lycopene actions is summarized. It points out that lycopene is one of the carotenoids- and the ingestion of Lycopene and its contents in serum negatively correlate with the risk of chronic disease and the cancers. For the special molecular structure- lycopene is in possession of many particular biochemical characteristics and physiological activity. |
