摘    要:2%阿维菌素乳油按木材体积为400和600mL/m3(60~90mL/株)的剂量,注入树干防治黑松Pinus thunbergii和马尾松P.masssoniana上的松材线虫Bursap helenchus xylophilus,持效期可达两年,第一年的防治效果为100%,第二年为88%。通过取样检查线虫在树体内的分布证实,松线光可扩散到树的顶部。大剂量用药(210mL/株)对黑松生长无影响,药剂注入树体内对环境无污染。

Abstract:A long term residual efficacy for B. xylophilus control could beach ieved at least 2 years after application of abamect in by trunk inject ion at 60~ 90 mL/plant on Pinus thunberg ii and P. m asssoniana. After treatment, residual effect of abamect in was 100% in first year and 88% in the second year. A bamectin, injected into the black pine, was t ranslocated to top of the tree by inspecting the distribution of nematodes in the treated wood. High application rate (210 mL/plant ) of 2% abamect in EC, do not induce phyto toxicity symptom to black pine growth. The antibiotic applied by trunk injection was asafer alternative for nematodes control and no harm to the environment and human beings.
