| 摘 要： | 本文在分析我国设施园艺业发展现状、面临问题及形成原因的基础上，认为组建我国的设施园艺“托拉斯”公司、加强设施园艺产业的集团化经营是当前我国设施园艺产业走出困境的“突破口”，并对中国设施园艺“托拉斯”集团化公司的组建方式、运行内容、运作机制及保障措施进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | The paper provided some suggestions that may lead the protected horticulture industry out the dilemma based on the analysis of existing situation, facing problem and the reasons to result in the problem. The suggestions are as following:organizing the Trust Corporation in the field of protected horticulture, running in the form of group management. The form of the Trust Corporation, runing system and the secure methods of the Trust Corporation were presented in this paper. |
