杂种优势的分子机理研究进展

摘    要:阐述了杂种优势的概念及杂种优势遗传基础的研完现状,主要从杂种优势与显性效应、超显性效应、上位性效应、基因表达调控、表观道传调控、赤霉素表达水平等方面的关系阐述杂种优势产生的可能原因,并提出了杂种优势机理研究有待解决的问题.

Abstract:Heterosis is a common phenomenon in biology kingdom,which made a great contribution to notable increase of crop yield,such as rice,sorghum,rape et al.In this paper,molecular mechanisms of heterosis were summarized in relation to heterozygosity,dominance hypothesis and overdominance hypothesis,epistasis,expression and regulation of gene,epigenetic regulation,and GA.More studies on heterosis molecular mechanisms should be conducted in the future.
