摘    要:采用盆栽试验研究了不同硫肥用量对烤烟光合作用和产量的影响。结果表明,当硫肥用量为0.12 g.kg-1时,烤烟叶片的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量、类胡萝卜素的含量最高,分别为1.62、0.82、2.44、0.33 mg.g-1;不同硫肥用量对烤烟叶片的叶绿素a/b值影响不大;上、中、下部叶片的净光合速率也以硫肥用量为0.12 g.kg-1时最高。硫肥用量为0.12和0.18 g.kg-1时,烤烟的总生物量、根量、茎量和叶量均较高。

Effects of sulfur fertilizer content on photosynthesis and yield of flue-cured tobacco

Abstract:The pot experiment was used to study different sulfur fertilizer content on photosynthesis and yield of flue-cured tobacco.The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll a,b,(a+b) and carotenoid of S2 treatment(0.12 g·kg^-1) were higher than other treatments,respectively 1.62,0.82,2.44,0.33 mg·g^-1;the chlorophyll a/b content was little difference among the treatments;the net photosynthetic rate of were higher than other treatments.The dry weigh of total biomass,roots,stems,leafs in S2 treatment(0.12 g·kg^-1) and S3 treatment (0.18 g·kg^ -1 ) was higher than other treatments.
