| Abstract: | The paper has made an investigation on the situation of implementation of rural IT application in 11 villages in 11 counties in Handan City.The investigation content includes the reception situation of TV and TV programs,computer and network construction situation as well as the situation of telephone use.Finally,the paper has analyzed the results of the investigation. |
