半同胞近交对德系安哥拉兔产毛量影响的初步观察

统计分析表明,半同胞近交所得德系安哥拉兔的第1～3次剪毛累计量和第3次剪毛量略低于远交组,这是由于显性效应和互作效应减弱所致。但两项指标的变异系数,近交组有明显减少,说明个体间差异缩小,提高了产毛水平的一致性。只要有杰出的种公兔存在,适度近交乃是种兔场可以采用的一项育种措施。

THE INFLUENCE OF HALF-SIB INBREEDING ON THE WOOL PRODUCTION OF GERMAN ANGORA RABBITS

The result of statistical analysis indicates that the slightly lower wool pro- duction from the 1st-3d shearings as a total and from the 3d shearing alone in half-sib inbreeding group of German angora rabbits as compared to that in their outbreeding counterparts is due to the reduced dominant effect and interactive ef- fect.The significantly reduced C.V.for the above two targets in inbreeding group indicates the reduced differences and thus the improved uniformity between indi- viduals in this group.The conclusion is that mild inbreeding can be taken as a measure for breeding on Angora breeding farms as long as superior bucks are used.
