基于瞬时转速波动的失火诊断策略

摘    要:采用60-2个齿信号盘,测取120个脉冲信号,并按照发动机发火顺序计算对应段转速;根据该转速变化规律制定出对应的失火诊断策略并进行试验验证。试验结果表明,该失火诊断策略控制算法简单,不需额外附加任何传感器,成本低且能够有效地判断出失火气缸,是一种低成本较实用的诊断方法。

Abstract:One hundred and twenty speed signals are measured by using 60-2 teeth signal disk,and the segment speed is calculated according to firing order.The misfire diagnosis strategy is studied based on the segment speed.The test shows that this strategy is a simple,effective,low cost and practical method.
