| 摘 要： | 对农民专业合作组织的定义和发展历史作了简要陈述,分析了贵州省农民专业合作组织发展的现状,并结合农民专业合作组织的建设实践,着重讨论了贵州农民专业合作组织建设的外部环境中存在的主要问题,并提出建议,以期为相关部门决策提供参考.

| Abstract: | The paper reviewed the definitions and history of specialized farmers association, and analyzed its development status. It focused on the discussion of main external problems in its construction in Guizhou according to the development experiences, and suggestions were also proposed in the paper for policy making to related government department. |
