| Abstract: | 【Objective】It was to study the effect on embryo transfer of Weining cattle in different estrus treatment ways.【Method】Contrast test with CUE-MATE＋PG and PG were carried on.【Result】The transfer rate and calf rate treated with CUE-MATE＋PG method was superior to that of treated with PG method.【Conclusion】The effect on embryo transfer of PG method was better than that of CUE-MATE＋PG method,and the cost was lower,and the method was easy to manipulate.Calf rate was higher. |
