| 摘 要： | 随着房地产业的日益繁荣与活跃,人类生存的住区环境的建设已成为人们普遍关注的焦点。住区的景观环境在住宅开发中发挥重要的生态作用、功能作用以及协调作用。在城市住宅开发中要加大对景观设计的关注力度。主要从城市住宅开发中景观设计的作用出发,根据消费者需求,结合景观设计的作用,对现代景观在住宅开发中的作用进行探讨。
