摘    要:通过整体观察的方法得到了适宜三角涡虫生长的3种神经递质的最佳浓度,并通过摄像技术用IPP图像分析软件探讨3种神经递质对三角涡虫的摄食行为的影响。试验结果表明:与对照组相比,在最佳浓度下的谷氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、毒扁豆碱和乙酰胆碱对涡虫的摄食行为均起到抑制作用,毒扁豆碱表现出明显的抑制作用,处理72 h的γ-氨基丁酸在3种神经递质中的平均移动速率最大,有1条找到食物。处理24 h的Glu试验组找到食物的涡虫最多,有4条。其余各组均未找到食物。试验同时表明:随处理时间的变化,各神经递质对涡虫摄食行为的影响也有差异。

Abstract:Through observation,the optimal concentration of three neurotransmitters for the growth of Dugesia was obtained,and the impact of three neurotransmitters on the feeding behavior of Dugesia was analyzed by video image analysis and IPP image processing technology.As indicated by the results,compared with the control group,the best concentration of glutamate,γ-aminobutyric acid,physostigmine and acetylcholine all inhibited the feeding behavior of Dugesia,especially physostigmine,the Dugesia treated by γ-aminobutyric acid for 72 h moved the fastest,one Dugesia found food.Four Dugesia treated by glutamate for 24 h found food.No Dugesia in other groups found food.The experiment also proved that,the impact of various neurotransmitters on the feeding behavior of Dugesia varied with different treatment time.
