瞿麦中大黄素的含量测定

目的]建立高效液相色谱法测定瞿麦中大黄素的含量。方法]色谱条件为:色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm);流动相为无水甲醇-浓度0.1%磷酸溶液(76∶24,V/V);检测波长为254 nm;流速为1 ml/min;柱温为室温;进样量为20μl。结果]大黄素在0.1～0.5μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(R=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.70%,RSD为0.78%;测得6批样品中瞿麦大黄素的平均含量为3.44 mg/g。结论]该方法快速、简单、准确,可用于瞿麦中大黄素的含量测定。

Determination of Emodin Content in Dianthus superbus L.

Objective] The aim was to determine emodin content in D.superbus by HPLC.Methods] The Hypersil ODS2 column(4.6 mm ×200 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase was methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid(76∶24,V/V),the detecting wavelength was 254 nm,the flow velocity was 1 ml/min,column temperature was room temperature,the sample size was 20 μl.Result] The linear relationship of emodin was good within the range of 0.1-0.5 μg/ml(R=0.999 8),the average recovery was 98.70%,RSD was 0.78%;moreover,the average content of emodin in D.superbus was 3.44 mg/g.Conclusion] The method is rapid,accurate and simple,it can be used to determine the content of emodin in D.superbus.
