| 摘 要： | 阐述了土地变更调查主要成果,对该成果在控制耕地转为非耕地、耕地占补平衡和监督评价等耕地保护中的应用进行了探讨,提出了深化应用的建议:建立土地变更调查长效机制;集成数据成果;构建信息共享和社会化服务平台。

| Abstract: | This paper expounded the main results of land use change survey and discussed the application of these results on the farmland protection,such as controlling farmland into non-farmland,the balance of farmland occupied and compensation,and farmland supervision and evaluation,then put forward the suggestions of deepening the application,established the permanent mechanism for land use change survey,integrated data results and constructed information sharing and socialized service platform. |
