农村经济发展与农村金融发展关系的实证分析——基于安徽省1990～2006年区间数据

基于安徽省1990～2006年间的农村金融数据和农村经济发展数据,对农村经济发展与农村金融发展的关系进行了实证分析。结果表明,当前农村金融规模对农村经济发展并没有起到推动作用,但是负面影响也不是太显著;农村金融效率对农村经济发展起到了推动作用。在此基础上,提出了农村金融促进农村经济发展的政策建议,指出应构造适度竞争的农村金融市场;加强农村商业性金融机构在竞争基础上的合作;继续推动农村信用社、农业银行等在农村金融机构的改革;探索适合中国国情的农村金融组织形式。

Empirical Analysis of the Relationship between the Development of the Rural Economy and Rural Finance

Based on the analysis of the data of Anhui rural financial and rural economic development from 1990 to 2006,relation between rural economy development and rural financial development was studied.Results suggested that current rural financial scale did not push rural economy development,but the negative influences were not outstanding.Rural financial effectiveness stimulated rural economy development.Based on these,countermeasures to stimulate rural economy development were proposed: to construct moderate competitive rural financial market,to strengthen cooperation in rural business financial institution,to promote revolution of rural credit cooperatives,agricultural bank in rural financial institute and to explore rural financial organization which were suitable for China’s national conditions.
