玉米耐盐碱转基因研究进展

摘    要:土壤盐渍化正威胁着人类赖以生存的有限的土地资源,已经成为制约农业生产的一个全球性问题。提高作物的耐盐碱能力是植物育种工作急需解决的关键问题。随着现代分子生物技术的飞速发展,人们寄希望于基因工程培育耐盐碱品种。科研工作者已经鉴定和克隆出一批耐盐碱相关基因,并已通过耐盐碱相关基因遗传转化,获得了一些耐盐碱性提高的转基因玉米。该研究就植物耐盐机理、耐盐碱相关基因的克隆及玉米耐盐碱基因的遗传转化等几个方面进行了综述,并对该领域的前景进行了展望。

Advances in the Transformation of Salt Tolerance Gene into Maize

Abstract:Soil salinization are threatening the limited land resources which human beings depend to live,which has already became the global issue that restricting agricultural production.Improving the salt tolerance of crop is urgently needed for plant breeding.With the rapid development of modern molecular biology technology,genetic engineering is expected for breeding the salt-tolerant plant.Scientific workers have already identified and cloned a number of salt-tolerance related genes.Through genetic transformation of salt-tolerance related genes,the transgenic maize with high salt-tolerance was obtained,the study reviewed the mechanism of salt-tolerance in plant,salt-tolerance related gene cloning and the genetic transformation of maize salt-tolerance gene,and the prospect of the research area also was illustrated.
