| Abstract: | Various factors influencing the date industry development in North China were analyzed,the interpretive structural model(ISM) was used to search the fundermental causes of constraints,and relevant solution were proposed from the three perspectives of macro government regulation organizational construction of date farmers and prevention of natural disasters. |
