哈尔滨市县域耕地利用综合效益评价

选取哈尔滨市下辖10县(市)为研究区,从系统角度,基于研究区经济效益、社会效益、生态效益现状,构建耕地利用效益评价指标体系,运用多因素综合评价法,定量计算和分析1999～2008年10年间哈尔滨市下辖10县(市)耕地利用综合效益。结果表明,哈尔滨市各县(市)耕地利用综合效益变化趋势各异;各地区耕地利用综合效益水平在地域空间上的分布差异显著,总体呈现西部高,南部次之,东北部偏低的态势。

Evaluation on the Comprehensive Benefits of Cultivated Land Use of Counties in Harbin

10 counties(cities) of Harbin were selected as the study areas and the evaluation index system of cultivated land use was established from a system point of view,combining the three aspects including economic,social and ecological benefit elements.Then,we quantitatively calculated and analyzed the comprehensive benefits of cultivated land use from 1999 to 2008 using the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method.The results showed that the changed trend of comprehensive benefits varied in different counties(cities).The spatial distribution of comprehensive benefits was significantly different,the benefit in the west of Harbin was high,followed by the south,and the northeast was the lowest.
