摘    要:[目的]建立ICR小鼠肥胖模型,并比较肥胖型小鼠与对照组小鼠脂肪组织形态学的差异。[方法]以ICR小鼠为研究对象,饲喂高脂日粮构建肥胖模型,测定其体重、脂肪组织湿重和脂肪系数,并进行比较。[结果]雌性和雄性小鼠肥胖造模的成功率分别为16.67%和66.67%。用高脂日粮饲喂60 d后肥胖小鼠脂肪细胞体积明显增大,肥胖型小鼠体重、脂肪组织湿重和脂肪系数与对照组相比均存在极显著差异﹙P0.01﹚。[结论]该研究为ICR小鼠肥胖模型的建立以及脂肪组织的形态学研究提供依据。

Establishment of the Obesity Model of ICR Mice and the Comparison of the Obesity Index and Morphology of Adipose Tissue

Abstract:[Objective]The research aimed to establish the obesity model of ICR mice and compare the morphological differences of adipose tissue between obese mice and control mice.[Method]Taking ICR mice as the study objects,the obesity model was established by feeding high-fat diet.The body weight,wet weight of adipose tissue and fat coefficient of ICR mice were determined and the morphological comparison of adipose tissue was made.[Result]The success rate of the obesity model of female and male mice were 16.67% and 66.67% respectively.After ICR mice were fed with high-fat diet,the body weight,wet weight of adipose tissue and fat coefficient of obese mice had extremely significant difference with that in control group(P<0.01﹚and the volume of adipose cells in adipose mice were obviously increased.[Conclusion]The research provided basis for the establishment of obesity model of ICR mice and the morphological study of adipose tissue.
