| 摘 要： | 以SPOT5遥感数据为主要信息源,以陕西省柞水县小岭镇为对象开展森林资源遥感技术调查的试验研究。对遥感影像进行处理,通过调查,判读解译出小岭镇的森林、林地和林木资源的种类、数量、质量与分布情况。这些信息是建立或更新森林资源档案,制定森林采伐限额,进行林业工程规划设计和森林资源管理的基础,也是制定区域国民经济发展规划和林业发展规划,实行森林生态效益补偿和森林资源资产化管理,指导和规范森林科学经营的重要依据。 |

| Abstract: | With SPOT5 remote sensing data as main information resource,the investigation of forest resource remote sensing technology was carried out in Xiaoling Town,Zhashui County,Shaanxi Province.Through processed the remote sensing image and investigation,the species,quantity,quality and distribution of forest,woodland in Xiaoling Town were interpreted.These data are the basis for establishing or renewing forest resource file,making forest cutting quota,designing forest industry project and management of forest resource,also are important reference for making regional national economic development planning and forest development planning,implementing forest ecological benefit compensation and forest resource capitalization management,guiding forest scientific operation. |
