摘    要:[目的]了解灭菌对糖化酶生产的影响。[方法]针对糖化酶的生产工艺确定灭菌方法及操作要点。[结果]空消压力0.10~0.12MPa、时间1 h;实消压力0.10~0.12 MPa、温度121~123℃、时间45 min;空气加热至约50℃,相对湿度≤60%,再进入总过滤器。[结论]通过空消、实消、空气除菌后,控制通风量和压力从而控制泡沫,可保障糖化酶正常生产。

Research of Effect of Sterilization on Technology of Glucoamylase

Abstract:[Objective]The aim was to investigate the effect of sterilization on production of glucoamylase. [Method]The method of sterilization and operation was deter mined according to technology of glucoamylase. [Result]0. 12 MPa pressure of disinfection of all equipments,time 1h; 0. 10 -0. 12 MPa pressure disinfection of medium and raw and auxiliary materials,temperature 121 -123 ℃,time 45 min,temperature to about 50 ℃,relative humidity ≤60% ,then flow into general filter. [Conclusion]Glucoamylase is under normal production by disinfecting of all equipments and medium and raw and auxiliary materials,controlling ventilation and pressure and doing foam finally.
