摘    要:[目的]研究不同浓度Ca2+、Cu2+胁迫对冬小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)新品系03132-6种子萌发情况的影响,为小麦抗盐生理研究和应用提供理论依据。[方法]Ca2+、Cu2+浓度均分别为0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%、0.25%、0.30%。[结果]同一离子条件下不同浓度Ca2+、Cu2+对小麦种子萌发有不同的影响,不同离子条件下同一浓度对小麦种子萌发影响也不同。Cu2+对小麦种子的萌发影响显著,Ca2+对小麦种子萌发的影响明显小于Cu2+。Ca2+浓度≤0.15%时,小麦种子的发芽势和发芽率有所提高,淀粉酶活力也有所提高;当其浓度≥0.20%时,小麦种子的发芽势和发芽率有所下降,淀粉酶活力也随之下降。当Cu2+浓度≥0.05%时,小麦种子发芽势、发芽率、淀粉酶活力都大幅度下降。[结论]0.05%~0.30%Cu2+能抑制小麦种子的萌发;0.05%~0.10%Ca2+对小麦种子的萌发有促进作用,0.15%~0.30%Ca2+对小麦种子的萌发有抑制作用。

Effects of Ca2+ and Cu2+ on Seed Germination of Wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)

Abstract:[Objective] The purpose was to study the effects of different concentration of Ca2+ and Cu2+ on seed germination of 03132-6,a new winter wheat variety,and provide a theoretical basis for physiological research on salt resistance of wheat and its application.[Method] The concentration of Ca2+ and Cu2+ were 0.05%,0.10% 0.15%,0.20%,0.25%,0.30% respectively.[Result] The results showed that under the same ion,its different concentrations had different effects on wheat seeds germination,and under the same concentrations,different ions also had different effects on wheat seeds germination.The Cu2+ had significant influences on wheat seeds germination and that the effects of Ca2+ was lower than Cu2+.When the concentration of Ca2+ was less than or equal to 0.15%,the germination energy,germination percentage and amylase activity all increased,while when its concentration was more than or equal to 0.20%,those all decreased.The germination energy,germination percentage and amylase activity decreased significantly when the concentration of Cu2+ was higher than or equal to 0.05%.[Conclusion] 0.05%-0.30% Cu2+ the germination of wheat seed;0.05%-0.10% promotes the germination of wheat seed,while 0.15%-0.30% Ca2+ restrains the germination of wheat seed.
