旱冬瓜水提液对云南松种子萌发化感效应的生理机理研究

摘    要:目的]了解云南松旱冬瓜混交林云南松天然更新过程中化感物质对种子萌发的生理生化机理,研究不同浓度旱冬瓜水提液对云南松种子萌发化感效应的生理生化特性.方法]采用试管预试法对旱冬瓜水提液的有机成分进行定性分析。结果]旱冬瓜水提液中含有氨基酸和蛋白质、有机酸、糖类以及酚类化合物,不含有生物碱和鞣质类化合物;经旱冬瓜水提液处理的云南松种子的发芽能力、呼吸速率、α-淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性皆在高浓度下有明显抑制作用,随着水提液浓度降低,抑制作用减弱,在一定浓度下,甚至转变为促进作用,从而促进云南松种子的萌发结论]在营造云南松和旱冬瓜混交林时,控制旱冬瓜的比例非常重要,合适的混交比例可以避免抑制作用,发挥促进作用,增强混交林的稳定性。

Physiological Mechanism of Alnus nepalensis D.Don.Water Extract on Seed Germination of Pinus yunnanensis Faranch.

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to study effect of different concentrations(1/10、1/50、1/100、1/200)water extract from Alnus nepalensis D.Don.on the seed germination and allelopathic physiology and biochemistry characteristics effects of Pinus yunnanensis Faranch..Method] Pre-test tube method was used with qualitative analysis of organic components of water extract from A.nepalensis D.Don.Results] The study showed that water extract from A.nepalensis D.Don contained amino acids and proteins,organic acids,sugars,and phenolic compounds,without alkaloids and tannin compounds.Seed germination capacity,respiratory rate,α-amylase and protease activity were significantly inhibited in high concentrations after seeds were treated by water extract,with the concentration of water extract decreased,the effect of inhibition became weakening,even changed to promote.Conclusion] To control of Alnus nepalensis ratio was very important in P.yunnanensis Faranch and A.nepalensis D.Don.mixed forest.The appropriate mixed proportion could avoid inhibition and play a role in promoting and enhance the stability of mixed forest.
