花椒籽油的提取及GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的]研究花椒籽油的最佳提取工艺,并对其脂肪酸种类及含量进行测定。方法]分别采用索氏法和超声波法提取花椒籽油,采用单因素试验和正交试验确定2种方法的最佳提取工艺。采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对提取的花椒籽油成分进行分析。结果]索氏法提取的最佳工艺条件为以石油醚为溶剂,料液比1∶13,提取温度75℃,提取时间2.0 h;超声波提取的最佳工艺条件为以石油醚为溶剂,料液比1∶13,提取时间90 min。花椒籽油含有9种主要脂肪酸,不饱和脂肪酸含量较高。结论]该研究为花椒籽油的开发和利用提供了理论依据。

Extraction and GC-MS Analysis of Prickly Ash Seed Oil

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the optimum extraction technology of prickly ash seed oil,determine its kinds and contents of fatty acids.Method] Prickly ash seed oil was extracted by soxhlet extraction technology and ultrasonic extraction technology separately,and the optimum extraction technology was determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The components of the extracted prickly ash seed oil were analyzed by GC-MS.Result] The optimum conditions of soxhlet extraction technology were as follows: with petroleum ether as solvent,solid-to-liquid ratio 1∶13,extraction temperature 75 ℃,extraction time 2.0 h.The optimum conditions of ultrasonic extraction technology were as follows: with petroleum ether as solvent,solid-to-liquid ratio 1∶13,extraction time 90 min.Prickly ash seed oil contains nine main fatty acids,and its unsaturated fatty acids content is higher.Conclusion] The study provides a theoretical basis for development and exploitation of prickly ash seed oil.
