山东省村级文化建设的调查与分析

笔者对山东省村级文化建设进行了调查,结果显示目前山东省村级文化建设主要存在的问题有:文化基础设施建设依然较薄弱,地区间的文化建设及活动呈现出不均衡的发展,农民的文化需求意识比较强烈但文化实践活动缺乏,公共文化服务供给表现出较大的随意性。在分析这些问题的基础上,提出政府需加强偏远乡村的文化建设活动,注重本地各种文化资源的开发,并动员更多民众参与到文化活动中的建议。

The Survey and Analysis on the Cultural Construction in Villages of Shandong Province

The villages cultural construction of Shandong Province was investigated,the results showed that problems in Shandong cultural construction currently were: the cultural infrastructure construction was still weak;the culture construction and activity in different regions presented a balanced development;the peasants’ awareness of the cultural needs was strong,but their cultural activities were lack;the public cultural service supply showed great random.Based on the analysis,some suggestions were put forward,namely,the government should strengthen the culture construction of the remote countryside and explore the local cultural resources,and mobilize more people’s cultural participation.
