强迫休眠对葡萄生长发育的影响

[目的]研究强迫休眠条件下葡萄生长发育规律,为延长葡萄采摘期、丰富都市农业生产提供指导。[方法]升温时间分别为10月15、30日及11月15日。[结果]利用冷库贮藏和温室栽培可使葡萄采摘期提前4个月以上。强迫休眠后葡萄的生育期较露地常规栽培推迟,因此,要保证在设定时期上市,其解除休眠的时间应比露地所需时间早10～15 d。[结论]该研究可为强迫休眠葡萄栽培提供理论依据。

Effects of Forced Dormancy on Growth and Development of Grape

[Objective] The aim was to study growth and development law of grape under forced dormancy,and provide a reference for prolonging its picking period and enriching urban agricultural production.[Method] The rising temperature time was October 15th,30th and November 15th.[Result] The results showed that the picking period could be prolonged above 4 months by cold storage and greenhouse cultivation.Compared with the growth period under the condition of normal open field cultivation,the growth period under the condition of forced dormancy was postponed.Therefore,if ensuring to come into the market in setting time,the time to break the dormancy of grapes should be 10~15 days earlier than the time required for the open field cultivation.[Conclusion] The study provides a theoretic basis for grape cultivation under forced dormancy.
