摘    要:2011年5~7月,应用无线海水监测系统(IMLAB),对桑沟湾养殖海区邻近海域表层海水的光照、温度、叶绿素a、浊度、电导率等理化指标进行监测。结果表明,在赤潮发生期(5月15日),部分指标(光照、叶绿素a、浊度)变化明显。因子分析确定3个主要因子,水温、叶绿素a、电导率关联性较大,为F1因子;光照、浊度与其他参数的关联性较小,可以单独作为一个评价因子,分别为F2、F3因子。3个因子在不同监测时期有不同的得分。在以后的水质分析与评价中,应在保持原有重要参数的基础上,增加其他参数,使得水质评估结果更加全面、精确,从而更好地指导生产。

Analysis on Water Quality of Raft-culture Areas of Sanggou Bay Based on IMLAB System

Abstract:During May-July in 2011,using IMLAB,the following physicochemical indexes were monitored,namely,illumination,temperature,chlorophyll a,turbidity and conductivity of surface layer seawater of adjacent sea areas of Sanggou Bay.The results showed that part parameters(light,chlorophyll a,turbidity)changed evidently in the red tide occurrence period(May 15).The factor analysis identified three main factors,and water temperature,chlorophyll a and electrical conductivity have greater relevance,as F1 factor;light and turbidity have lower correlation with other parameters,and can stand alone as an evaluation factor,and as F2,F3 factor respectively;and three factors had different scores at different monitoring periods.In the future water quality analysis and evaluation,based on the maintaining of important parameters,other parameters should be added,made the evaluation results more comprehensive and precise,thereby,guided the production better.
