摘    要:根据高职教育的特点,在分析培养目标的基础上,从课程体系设置,校企双赢教学平台构建,就业与创业教育贯穿人才培养全过程几方面,阐述了食品营养与检测专业"课证一体、双线融合"教学模式的构建。

Abstract:According to the features and training goals of higher agricultural vocational education,the construction of "class-certificate integration,two-line fusion" training model in food nutrition and detecion major was elaborated from the setting of course system,the construction of win-win teaching platform for both school and enterprises,and the involvement of employment and entrepreneurial education in the whole talent training process.
