| 摘 要： | 介绍了重庆市居民养老保险基金保管机制,分析了重庆居民养老保险基金保管存在挪用风险的原因,并提出了其风险规避对策,指出需通过完善信息公开披露制度、健全现有法律体系及监管体制,以确保养老保险基金的保管安全。

| Abstract: | Endowment insurance funds supervision system for Chongqing residents was introduced,and reasons for endowment insurance funds embezzling were analyzed and the risk averse countermeasures were put forward,finally,it put forward that we should perfect information disclosure institution,improve law and supervision system,in order to ensure the security of pensions. |
