| 摘 要： | 目的]制备一种可同时降低卷烟主流烟气中多种有害成分的钛酸盐纳米片。方法]以TiO2为原料,制备钛酸盐纳米片,采用X射线粉末衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对其进行表征及性能测试。结果]在卷烟滤嘴中添加钛酸盐纳米片后,主流烟气中的氨、氰化氢(氢氰酸)、苯酚、巴豆醛等有害物质含量明显下降。结论]该研究制备的钛酸盐纳米片在卷烟制造业中具有广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim was to prepare titanate nano-sheets which could reduce the harmful substances of the mainstream cigarette smoke.Method] Titanate nano-sheets were prepared with TiO2.Its properties were tested,and its structure was characterized by XRD,SEM and TEM.Result] The harmful substances of the mainstream cigarette smoke,such as ammonia,hydrogen cyanide,phenol and crotonaldehyde reduced when the titanate nano-sheets were added into cigarette tip.Conclusion] The prepared titanate nano-sheets have wide application prospects in tobacco industry. |
