| 摘 要： | 通过调研安徽省芜湖市的基本养老保险、基本医疗保险和城乡老年服务与残疾人保障制度的现状,分析目前城乡社会保障体系中的问题,进而提出建议,指出需努力建立健康、公平的保障体系以促进城市化进程。

| Abstract: | The paper investigated the present situation of basic endowment insurance,basic medical insurance,urban and rural security system for the old and disabled in Wuhu,the problems in present urban and rural social security system were proposed,and the suggestions were presented,it was pointed out that we should try to establish a fair health and security system to accelerate the urbanization process. |
