玉米整秆打捆机整体设计

摘    要:提出了玉米秸秆利用的新模式,认为秸秆青贮是玉米鲜秸秆最有效的利用方法。制定了玉米整秸秆打捆工艺,认为青贮打捆过程由铺装、打捆、切割和包裹等工序组成。提出了青贮打捆机的整机设计方案,指出打捆机是青贮工艺的主要设备,该机由2个轴承座、12个打捆圆弧齿、2个液压摆动马达、1个机架、2个马达支座、2根方轴和1个变速器等组成,其中压缩打捆机构主要由2根方轴和2组打捆圆弧齿组成,每根方轴上面有6个打捆圆弧齿。打捆时,2个方轴作方向相反的旋转,方轴带动2组圆弧,对玉米秸秆进行压缩。对打捆机构进行了运动分析,发现在打捆过程中,没有发生圆弧齿插入草捆的现象;随着打捆轴旋转角度的变化,草捆平均直径的变化基本为线性,即打捆密度的增加为匀速增加。

Integrated Design of Corn Straw Bundling Machine

Abstract:The new mode of corn straw is put forward,it indicates that straw silage is the most effective method for fresh straw of corn.The bundling technology of corn straw is formulated,it considers that silage bundling process is composed by mat formation,bundling,knifing and package.Moreover,the design proposal of whole silage bundling machine is proposed,and points out that bundling machine is the major installation of silage technology,the machine is composed by 2 bearing pedestals,12 bundling circle-arc teeth,2 hydraulic swing motors,1 rack,2 motor supports,2 square shafts and 1 transmission,hereinto,compression binding mechanism mainly composed by 2 square shafts and 2 groups of bundling circle-arc teeth,and each square shaft contains 6 bundling circle-arc teeth.When bundling,2 square shafts turn in the opposite direction,square shaft drives 2 groups of circle-arc,to compress corn straw.What’s more,the motion analysis on binding mechanism is carried out,and it find that during bundling process,there is no phenomenon of circle-arc teeth inserted into straw bales;with the changes of rotation angle of bundling axes,the change of average diameter of straw bales is basically linear,namely,the increase of bundling density is called as equably increased.
