| 摘 要： | 在总结台湾地区农村发展经验的基础上,分析了大陆地区社会主义新农村建设进程中面临的主要问题,并揭示台湾农村发展经验对大陆新农村建设的启示。研究认为,农村土地政策应该成为衔接各项政策的关键变量,合作社各项扶持政策应进一步契合于阶段性发展目标,调整以往偏重强调产出的目标是改善农村生态环境的根本。

| Abstract: | The paper summarized the rural development experience in Taiwan,then analyzed the main problems in the new socialist countryside construction in Mainland China,and finally presented the enlightenment of Taiwan rural development experience to Mainland China.As concluded from the study,rural land policies should be the key variables connecting other policies,the supportive policies of cooperatives should be based on the objectives of each development stage,and the root of improving rural eco-environment lied in adjusting the agricultural policies of overly emphasizing output. |
