在教学中培养大学生的创新精神

由于受应试教育的影响,传统的大学教学方法存在很多弊端,教师“照本宣科”,学生“死记硬背”的教学方法使学生的个性发展和创新能力受到影响,因此,教学方法的问题不单纯是教学手段和技艺的问题,而是直接影响教学质量和创新型人才培养的大问题。探讨了有利于培养大学生创新精神的课堂教学方法和教学评估手段。课堂教学方法包括:启发式教学法、案例式教学法、模拟式教学法、研究式教学法、实践式教学法;教学评估手段包括:即兴演讲、点评案例、头脑风暴、撰写方案。

Cultivating University students' spirit of innovation in teaching

Because of the influence of examination-oriented education,the traditional university teaching method has a lot of irregularities,the teaching method of the teacher "goes by the book" and student "mechanical memorizing" has constrained student's individuality development and the innovation ability,therefore,the teaching method problem is not pure questions of the teaching method and the technique,but an important problem that directly influences teaching quality and the cultivation of the innovation of talented person.The paper mainly discusses the classroom instruction method and the teaching evaluation method that are advantageous to training innovation spiritual of the university student.The classroom instruction method includes: heuristic teaching method,case teaching method,simulation teaching method,research-type teaching method,practice-type teaching method;the teaching evaluation method includes: extemporaneously speech,case review,brainstorming,the plan making.
