摘    要:针对采用ISG弱混合技术柴油机常温下的起动工况,通过分析控制策略,建立了柴油机的动态管理仿真模型和ISG电机电磁模型,对ISG电机拖动柴油机的起动过程进行了仿真,分析了起动过程中电机功率、转矩随柴油机转速的变化关系,并与柴油机起动台架试验进行对比分析.研究表明,采用ISG技术后,当蓄电池的电压为36~60V时,均可将柴油机拖至目标转速,满足起动要求.起动时,ISG电机各绕组平均起动转矩为87.4N·m,线电流在30~150A,输出功率呈先增后减的变化趋势,功率峰值为4.98kW.从静止到着火转速的仿真起动时间只需0.4s,试验结果为0.5s;从静止到怠速稳定的仿真时间仅为2.8s,试验结果为3.1s,试验与仿真结果吻合.

Abstract:Aimed at the starting condition of light hybrid diesel engine with ISG technology in normal temperature,the working models of diesel engine and ISG electromotor were established.Then,the diesel engine moment of resistance on the starting condition was calculated to obtain the torque and the power from the ISG electrical machinery.And,the simulation to the starting process was carried out.
